We are looking to hire an AI/ML engineer with 1-2 years of work experience an analytical mind and a detailed understanding of developing, implementing, and maintaining intelligent algorithms and systems. Should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, as well as experience in machine learning, data analysis, and software development. Strong programming skills, particularly in Python.

• Data Collection and Processing: The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for collecting, processing, and managing data sets for use in machine learning models. They will work with data scientists and data engineers to ensure that data is clean, reliable, and useful for analysis.
• Model Development and Training: The AI/ML Engineer will design, develop, and train machine learning models that can be used to analyze large amounts of data. They will use various machine learning algorithms and techniques to create models that can perform tasks such as natural language processing, image recognition, and predictive analytics.
• Model Testing and Evaluation: The AI/ML Engineer will test and evaluate machine learning models to ensure that they are accurate and reliable. They will use statistical analysis and other techniques to determine the effectiveness of the models and to identify areas for improvement.
• Deployment and Maintenance: The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for deploying machine learning models into production environments and maintaining them over time. This will involve monitoring the models for performance, making necessary updates and modifications, and ensuring that they continue to meet the needs of the organization.
• Collaboration: The AI/ML Engineer will work closely with other professionals, including data scientists, data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders. • Strong Programming Skills: AI/ML Engineers need to be proficient in programming languages such as Python. They should be comfortable with data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning Algorithms and Techniques: AI/ML Engineers should be familiar with different machine learning algorithms such as regression, decision trees, neural networks, and deep learning. They should have a good understanding of statistical modeling, probability theory, and optimization techniques.
• Experience with Data Analysis and Data Science Tools: AI/ML Engineers need to be able to work with data, clean, and preprocess it. They should be familiar with tools such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow.
• Problem Solving: AI/ML Engineers should be adept at problem-solving and critical thinking, as they will be required to identify and address complex challenges in developing and implementing machine learning solutions.
• Integrated Development Environments (IDEs): AI/ML Engineers use IDEs such as Jupyter Notebook, PyCharm, and Visual Studio Code to write, debug, and test code.
