What's the opportunity ?

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling overall business processes, and collaborating with government clients, banks, and other stakeholders. You will attend business meetings, prepare documentation including reports, proposals, and quotations, and may need to travel across India for business purposes. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of business procedures, and the ability to solve problems and suggest solutions. Any graduate fresher (BBA, MBA, B.Tech) with negotiation skills and proficiency in MS Office, Email, and excellent command over English and Hindi (and other languages if applicable) is preferred. Brief description :

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    Identify potential clients and leads through market research, industry analysis and networking. Generate a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Client Engagement:
    Initiate and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Understand their needs and present tailored solutions to address those needs
  • Sales Support:
    Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, presentations and sales materials. Assist in the preparation of contracts and agreements.
  • Market Analysis:
    Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and emerging market opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to the teams
  • Networking:
    Attend industry events, conferences and trade shows to expand your network and represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Data Management:
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales leads and market information in the company's CRM system.
  • Reporting:
    Provide regular reports on business development activities, including progress on lead generation, client engagement and market research.
