Job Description

As the Company Secretary, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient administration of the company, particularly ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Board of Directors and facilitating effective communication within the company. Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Legal Compliance:
    Keep abreast of changes in relevant legislation and advise the board on the legal implications.
    Oversee the filing of necessary documents with regulatory bodies.
  2. Board Support:
    Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors.
    Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies.
  3. Communication and Record-keeping:
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company activities.
    Facilitate communication between board members and other stakeholders.
  4. Annual Reports:
    Coordinate the preparation and distribution of the company's annual reports.
  5. Shareholder Relations:
    Manage relationships with shareholders and respond to their queries and concerns.
  6. Risk Management:
    Identify and assess potential risks, proposing strategies for risk mitigation.As the Company Secretary, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient administration of the company, particularly with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Board of Directors and facilitating effective communication within the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification as a Company Secretary (e.g., ICSA).
  • Proven experience as a Company Secretary in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance principles and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
