The ideal candidate would have a bachelor's or master's degree or Ph.D. in robotics, electrical and electronics engineering, Electronics and communication engineering, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in control system engineering with a focus on robotic arm development. They would also need to be proficient and knowledgeable in MATLAB & Simulink, Controller design, Control system, mathematical modelling of dynamic systems, path planning, inverse kinematics, control theory, and Embedded systems. Additionally, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of algorithm architecture for implementation, tuning and validation of dynamic systems like drones.
- Design various controllers for robotic models and features.
- Create test rigs and Data-Acquisition systems to validate and test different characteristics of the dynamic system.
- Implement and test control algorithms on real-time embedded systems.
- Need to develop mathematical equations of complex dynamic systems.
- Need to develop control system based on hardware’s like motors, encoders, sensors, load cells and different multicore controllers.
- Design simulation platforms to verify the model and control systems
Desired Key skills
- Experience in the field of drone development.
- Knowledge in sensors like GSM, GPS and IMU.
- Proficiency in Matlab, Simulink and stateflow or other simulating platforms.
- Control system design.
- Mathematical modelling of dynamic systems.
- Knowledge in Path planning.
- Proficiency in C++
- Hands-on experience in embedded systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- B Tech /Mtech/Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics, or Equivalent.
Skills Required:

Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in control system engineering, with drone
