The ideal candidate would have a bachelor's or master's degree or Ph.D. in robotics, electrical and electronics engineering, Electronics and communication engineering, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in control system engineering with a focus on robotic arm development. They would also need to be proficient and knowledgeable in MATLAB & Simulink, Controller design, Control system, mathematical modelling of dynamic systems, path planning, inverse kinematics, control theory, and Embedded systems. Additionally, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential
