We are looking for an Embedded Design Lead experienced with Robotics Product Development, Debugging, and Testing (at the board and system level).  The Engineer will focus on Developing, Testing, Validating, and Troubleshooting custom Embedded software and hardware using a combination of micro-controllers, FPGAs, communication links, analog, mixed-signal, and RF circuits for Robotics products.

• Selection, Design, Testing, Integration, and Maintenance of key electro-mechanical sensor based systems with Robotic and IoT Platforms.
• LCA for embedded hardware and power electronic platforms to comply with international norms and internal product lifespan requirements.
• Low Voltage power electronics circuit design, prototyping, testing, PCB Design, Manufacturing, debugging, Scalability Testing.
• Coordination with supply chain team, local and international vendors for sourcing of raw materials, material and cost optimization.
• Collaboration with mechanical design, simulation, software, product design teams for electronic hardware and harness integration.
• Lead and inspire a team of embedded systems engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical direction.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting continuous learning and skill development.
• Create and maintain thorough documentation of design specifications, coding standards, and project progress, Bill of materials.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest embedded technologies.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Exceptional experience in Circuit design, simulation, PCB design, manufacturing, and testing experience for embedded hardware.
• Strong fundamentals and programming experience in C/C++, Python, etc. for embedded hardware.
• In-depth knowledge of embedded systems architectures, micro controllers, and real-time operating systems.
• Skilled in MATLAB, Simulink.
• Advanced logic development skills for robotic automation, embedded systems design, with a focus on both hardware and software aspects.
• Hands on experience in protocols like I2C, SPI, CAN, RS485, WiFi, GSM, etc.
• Hands-on experience in Motors and rotary encoders, Solenoid Valves.
• Adequate knowledge of reading schematics and data sheets for components.
• Communicating with non-technical stakeholders.
