What's the opportunity ?

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Administrator is responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems and servers.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Network Infrastructure Management: Configuring, monitoring, and maintaining local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and WiFi access points.
  • Server Administration: Installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, including file servers, email servers, web servers, and database servers.
  • User Support: Providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with IT-related problems.
  • Security Management: Implementing security measures to protect computer systems, networks, and data from cyber threats, viruses, and unauthorized access.
  • Backup and Recovery: Developing and implementing backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
  • Software Installation and Updates: Installing, configuring, and updating software applications, operating systems, and patches.
  • Hardware Maintenance: Conducting routine maintenance on computer hardware, peripherals, and network devices.
  • Compliance: Ensuring IT systems and practices comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, procedures, and user guides.

Key Skills :

  • Technical Proficiency: A strong understanding of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems is essential. Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and solving problems efficiently is crucial.
  • Network Administration: Knowledge of networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and experience in configuring and maintaining network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues effectively and promptly.
  • Project Management: Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments, while adhering to timelines and budgets.
  • CCNA, CCNP
