Brief Job description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Production Engineer Intern for
Jigs and Fixtures to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong
understanding of jigs and fixtures design and manufacturing principles, as well as
experience with solid modeling software. In this role, you will be responsible for
assisting in the design, development, and implementation of jigs and fixtures for a
variety of production processes.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Assist in the design and development of jigs and fixtures for a variety of
production processes - Create and maintain 3D models of jigs and fixtures using solid modeling
software - Prepare and issue engineering drawings and specifications
- Conduct research on new jig and fixture design technologies
- Assist in the implementation of new jig and fixture designs
- Work with production personnel to troubleshoot and resolve jig and fixture
issues
Key Skills :
- Strong understanding of jigs and fixtures design and manufacturing principles
- Knowledge in solid modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD )
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
