What's the opportunity ?

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling overall business processes, and collaborating with government clients, banks, and other stakeholders. You will attend business meetings, prepare documentation including reports, proposals, and quotations, and may need to travel across India for business purposes. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of business procedures, and the ability to solve problems and suggest solutions. Any graduate fresher (BBA, MBA, B.Tech) with negotiation skills and proficiency in MS Office, Email, and excellent command over English and Hindi (and other languages if applicable) is preferred. Brief description :

  • Identify, build, and maintain government clients, and government officials.​
  • The main responsibility of this role is driving new business as well as nurturing existing clients.​
  • Manage the sales process by generating business leads, responding to RFPs, developing and delivering client proposals, and developing competitive advantages, following up with prospects/clients until the contract is closed.​
  • Meeting assigned sales targets.​
  • Participating in events for lead generation.​
  • Reporting to Business Development Manager.

We're looking for someone who

  • Proven experience in B2G/B2B sales.
  • Experience in dealing with high-value products such as heavy-duty vehicles, polymers, electronic products, etc.
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
